Killer Bees Honey Farm is high in the mountains adjacent to Pisgah National Forest, located in Lake Toxaway, near Brevard, Cashiers, and Highlands. What makes this bee farm so special is its commitment to protecting the biodiversity of surrounding forests through ethical bee stewardship as they produce the purest artisanal honey you'll find anywhere. In 2021, Killer Bee's 75-acre apiary was officially named a “Wildlife Refuge” under the NC Wildlife Conservation Lands Program.

Certified Beekeeper & Honey Sommelier Sean and wife Denise own the farm. Sean is the only American beekeeper certified with both the Italian Registry of Honey Sensory Experts and UC Davis in the Sensory Analysis of Honey.

Killer Bees Honey

Surrounded by thousands of farm-free acres in Pisgah National Forest, their bees collect nectar untouched by neonics or other toxins and pesticides. Derived from the abundant natural goodness of the forest, their honey is analyzed by independent labs for purity and to ensure the true nectar value. Killer Bees Honey is the only American honey to have its honey tested free from all agricultural toxins, and adulteration with the results posted on their website to ensure you are receiving only the purest honey available.
